Do you have a child at home because schools are closed today? A leaking water heater, a dental appointment, or a relative who needs some extra care? Hey, demands like these are just part of life — we understand. Go take care of things! It’s not PTO and it’s not vacation time.

We offer a remote work environment.

Recently, we decided to maximize flexibility by moving to a completely virtual work environment. We still make an effort to get together on occasion — for come-if-you-want co-working days, group participation in community service opportunities, and just for fun, such as a picnic at Carmel’s Central Park, lunch and games of mini-golf, or a day at Conner Prairie. Not all of us live in central Indiana, but most of us do.

Our company culture is both collaborative and socially-conscious.

Our team members must be able to work independently, but also ask for help from colleagues when they need it, and volunteer to help when they see that a job needs to be done. In terms of our company culture, we’re more like a family-owned business in which we all look out for one another and try to do some good in the world (which is a main draw for many of us!), rather than a place where we only do the minimum necessary or focus on pleasing shareholders or venture capitalists.
